Academic Standing

At the end of each term full-time students receive what is called an Academic Standing statement. The Academic Standing statement is determined by your Program Coordinator based on an evaluation of your grades and GPA for the term. This evaluation determines if you are able to continue as a full-time student in your program.

In some cases, students may not be able to enroll in some course(s) at the next level if they have not successfully passed the prerequisite course(s). This may delay your path to graduation.

Visit Understanding Your Grades for a brief description of the statements you may see as part of your official Term Grades Report and some information to advise you of your next steps.
